Third-Party Service Providers

Profile data (not including Google user data) sent to AI service providers is processed solely to generate media responses on your behalf. Google user data is never shared with AI service providers or any other third party.
Google User Data
Our Service integrates with Google Gmail to send email responses to media opportunities on your behalf in such cases when the journalists requests pitches to be sent via email. When you connect your Gmail account, we request permission to send emails on your behalf using the Gmail API.
- What we access: We access your Gmail account solely to send emails on your behalf when responding to media opportunities. We also access your Google email address to identify your connected account.
- What we do NOT do: We do not read, scan, store, or analyze the contents of your Gmail inbox or any existing emails. We do not use your Google user data for advertising, market research, AI model training, or any purpose unrelated to providing our core email-sending functionality. We do not sell, lease, or share your Google user data with third parties, including AI service providers.
- Limited use disclosure: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Data storage: We store only your OAuth authentication tokens and your Google email address, which are necessary to maintain your Gmail connection and send emails on your behalf. No other Google user data is stored on our systems.
- Google User Data Protection: We implement the following security measures specifically to protect your Google user data:
- OAuth authentication tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption
- All communications with Google APIs are transmitted over TLS/SSL encrypted connections
