4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

Your Content: You retain ownership of all Profile Data you provide to the Service. By submitting Profile Data, you grant us a license to use such data solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-Generated Content: While we employ advanced technologies to ensure Generated Content accurately reflects your Profile Data, you acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for all Generated Content created on your behalf.

5. Subscription and Payment

ExpertPitch.com offers subscription-based services. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. AI Usage and Limitations

ExpertPitch.com uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to journalist queries based on your expert profile. You expressly acknowledge that AI systems have inherent limitations and may not perfectly represent your views in all circumstances. The quality and accuracy of AI responses depend on the completeness and accuracy of your Profile Data.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI SYSTEMS WILL ALWAYS GENERATE CONTENT THAT PERFECTLY REPRESENTS YOUR VIEWS, IS FREE FROM ERRORS, OR WILL RESULT IN SUCCESSFUL MEDIA PLACEMENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EXPERTPITCH.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT OF ANY PUBLISHED MEDIA RESULTING FROM THE SERVICE.
